A pilot, randomized control trial to expand evidence-based postpartum depression (PPD) support from doulas to women residing in rural New England through a text-based intervention using implementation science and community-based participatory research methods.
Test a doula-facing digital dashboard enabled for workflow navigation with AI-assisted text drafting, summarization of patient information, and evidence-based resources and interventions for PPD.

The BASIC Trial is a Type 1 hybrid effectiveness-implementation study and aims to reduce perioperative transmission of ESKAPE pathogens to prevent surgical site infections (SSI).
Qualitatively analyze interviews across various timepoints among 10 sites using CFIR (Consolidated Framework for Implementation Science Research) constructs to identify barriers and facilitators to implementation.

Assess the usability, clarity, and user experience of the AI Companion through structured qualitative/quantitative methods, and human-centered design testing.
Evaluate three variations of onboarding processes for adults to identify which version has the highest rate of onboarding completion, ease of comprehension, minimal cognitive load, and comfort using the product.
